Prince Harry Shockingly Dumped Longtime Friends Before Meghan Gave Birth To Archie

Prince Harry shockingly dumped his longtime friends before wife Meghan Markle gave birth to son Archie.

The Duke of Sussex alarmed his circle of friends when he completely cut them out of his life. Prince Harry allegedly started dumping his friends before he and Markle welcomed their firstborn Archie in May 2019.

“Most no longer even have his cell number,” a source told People. “They totally understand that men often drift from their friends after marriage, but there’s still a lot of resentment because they had been so close for so long.”

Prince Harry made an exception with Charlie van Straubenzee. The pals have remained closer ever since and were even seen smiling while attending each other’s weddings just months apart in 2018. Also, van Straubenzee is among Archie’s godparents.

This isn’t the first time it was reported that Prince Harry cut his ties with his close pals. Last year, there were also claims that Prince Harry and his other close friend Tom “Skippy” Inskip had a falling out. Markle’s husband had allegedly “frozen out” his old friends including Inskip because he went against his idea of marrying Markle.

However, contrary to reports, Inskip and wife Lara were photographed at the Sussex’s royal wedding. The two met at Eton and were inseparable. Inskip was even with Prince Harry in his infamous trip to Las Vegas in 2012 when he was photographed naked during a game of strip billiards. In July, Prince Harry and Inskip reconciled after the latter’s mother-in-law passed away.

“Skippy and Harry are back as tight friends. When Harry heard about Lara’s mother’s horrible passing, it really hit a nerve. Lara has raised money to support research into mental health and Harry decided to let bygones be bygones,” a source told The Sun.

Prince Harry is not the only royal who allegedly dumped his pals. Markle also reportedly cut her ties with her friends as her relationship with Prince Harry got serious. The Duchess of Sussex sent her friends a message telling them that she would no longer be in touch.
