Prince Harry Visits Niagara Falls With Princess Diana, Prince William In Video

Prince Harry had a blast with his mom, Princess Diana, and older brother, Prince William, during their trip to the Niagara Falls in 1991.

In an unearthed video, Princess Diana is sweetly holding on to Prince Harry’s left hand as they were walking towards a boat. Prince William is standing close to his mom and beside a male figure.

After their short walk, the young Duke of Sussex went straight to a tourist telescope with a coin in his hand and started looking into the breathtaking view before him.

At one point, Prince Harry is walking before his older brother when he suddenly asked Prince William to go before him during their walkabout. And before boarding a boat to see the falls, the late Princess of Wales urged photographers to give her and her sons some space so that they could bond with each other.

In the next scene, Princess Diana and her sons are all wearing a blue raincoat. She is standing beside Prince William while Prince Harry was standing at the far end of the boat. The trio later changed their position with Princess Diana standing at the far end of the boat and Prince Harry standing in between her and Prince William.

Judging from the look on the Royals’ faces, it was evident that all three of them had a wonderful time during their trip in October 1991. But just a few months later, the royal family’s lives would be rocked by Princess Diana and Prince Charles’ announcement that they have decided to go their separate ways.

Throughout the next four years, Prince William and Prince Harry went back and forth from living with Princess Diana and Prince Charles. The couple’s divorce was finalized in 1996 just months after the late royal’s interview with Panorama.

Years after Princess Diana’s death on Aug. 31, 1997, it was revealed that Queen Elizabeth II was the one that urged the former couple to get divorced.
