Prince Harry Visits ‘Suits’ Star Meghan Markle In Toronto; Couple Spends Time With Friends

Prince Harry may have missed his girlfriend, Meghan Markle, a lot as he recently flew out to see her in Toronto.

Prince Harry and Markle have been away from each other for a while now as the actress has been busy filming her hit TV show, “Suits,” in another continent. The royal apparently could no longer wait to see his lady love again, so he booked a flight to Toronto and arrived there on June 17. “They hadn’t been together for a while, so it was exciting for both to see each other,” one source told E! News. “Harry had planned to fly out this time as he felt it was unfair for Meghan to always be the one flying around, and she’d just come back from the U.S.”

According to the insider, the couple reportedly enjoyed each other’s company and spent some quality time together at her home. They also bonded by “cooking meals together and eating outside in the garden a lot. It’s Meghan’s favorite ‘room’ in the house. She calls it a room because it’s the perfect patio space.”

But while Prince Harry and Markle did their best to keep a low profile, they also did some sightseeing. They were spotted occasionally in favorite tourist spots where people could not take their photos or divulge their location to the press.

The couple was also seen spending time with their closest friends. “Harry and Meghan spent time at Meghan’s friend’s home, who is now Harry’s friends, too. Harry loves being part of her world in Toronto,” said the insider. “It’s nice getting away from London every now and then—although they both love London, too.”

Earlier, Markle sparked engagement rumors after she was seen wearing a ring given to her by Prince Harry. However, this turned out to be a false alarm as Prince William’s brother was only fond of giving his girlfriend accessories. His latest gift to her was a thumb ring, which the “Suits” star only takes off when she had to film as her alter ego, Rachel Zane.

For months now, there have been rumors that their engagement is imminent. Some sources close to the couple claimed that they are not in a hurry to walk down the aisle, but they have already talked about living together in London. “They aren’t rushing ahead at a ridiculous speed or making rash decisions,” another insider said. “But, yes, they love each other very much and neither could imagine being without the other. They speak about the future a lot, whether it’s getting each other’s take on future career plans or where they’ll be as a couple. They talk about living in London—Meghan really sees herself moving, and he really wants that.”
