Prince Harry Wants A Family But Not In A Hurry, Expert Says
Prince Harry reportedly wants to have a baby, but the duke is not in a hurry.
Many are looking forward to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's baby announcement. According to an etiquette expert, Prince Harry wants to have a family, but it's not their priority because they want to be of service.
"He wants a family, but they're a young couple, embarking out on life, they don't actually have to have a family right now," Liz Brewer told Yahoo (as quoted by Express). "What they want to do is they want to get involved in the world at large, in the Commonwealth, she wants to do what she’s doing."
The presenter told Brewer: "You can do that with children."
"Then the children don't have the benefit of having you around, which they have at the moment with Kate," the expert explained.
"I think the plan is to wait at least a year, maybe longer, before getting pregnant," Brewer added.
The odds of Prince Harry and Markle having a baby have slashed again. The odds that the couple will have their firstborn in 2019 went to 1/4 while 9/4 for 2020 or later.
"Every time the Duke and Duchess are out and about on a Royal engagement it prompts a flurry of speculation about when the next Royal baby might be on the way and we firmly expect the couple's first child to be born next year," said Coral spokesman Harry Aitkenhead.
Back in September, the odds of the couple announcing their pregnancy have also dropped. This was after Markle was photographed with bigger breasts and tummy when she stepped out during the 100 Days to Peace Gala.
"The odds of Meghan and Harry sharing some good news soon have taken another plunge," Alex Kostin of betting intelligence site Bookmakers.tv said. "The latest betting definitely suggests there could be an announcement around the corner and when it comes bookies should brace themselves for the biggest royal betting frenzy of all time."
In related news, Prince Harry and Markle have just visited the county of Sussex. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex met the schoolchildren in Brighton and the duke reportedly told them that they should not play the popular online video game "Fortnite."
