Prince Harry’s ex Chelsy Davy is back amid marriage crisis rumors involving Meghan Markle.

According to New Idea, Prince Harry’s ex-girlfriend Chelsy “is also causing a stir of her own inside Palace walls.” The publication pointed out that Chelsy is back in the fold and there are talks in the palace suggesting that Prince Harry should have married her instead of Markle.

“Harry and Chelsy have always remained in touch and she has been a huge support to him over the years,” a source claims.

“Even after they broke up, they stayed in constant contact and she’s been crucial in helping through his many ups and downs over the years – now more than ever.”

The insider went on to say that Prince Harry turned to Chelsy in “recent times” to help him get through with his problems. The exes have been calling and texting and Chelsy is reportedly sending Prince Harry text messages to make him smile.

“Chelsy loves that she’s back in his life and is telling friends that this is the closest they’ve been since they broke up,” the source added.

Last week, the publication also reported that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s marriage was in crisis and Chelsy flew to London to rescue Prince Harry. The report came after the duke was spotted in a bad mood during Trooping the Colour with Markle.

Royal correspondent Phil Dampier said that following his wedding to the former “Suits” star, Prince Harry lost his sense of humor and evidently became grumpy and miserable.

Prior to Markle, Prince Harry had an on-again, off-again relationship with Chelsy for seven years. Dampier said that he never doubted Chelsey was the love of Prince Harry’s life. He believed that he will always carry a torch for her.

Despite the reports suggesting that Prince Harry and Markle’s marriage was in crisis, they were a picture of a happy couple in their recent engagement. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex made a surprise appearance at a major league baseball game in London on Saturday.
