Prince William Did This ‘Unusual Gesture’ To Kate Middleton During Blackpool Visit

Prince William made a surprising gesture to Kate Middleton in one of their recent engagements.

Last week, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge reunited and stepped out together to visit Blackpool. As usual, Prince William and Middleton didn’t hold hands during their engagement. The couple was seen walking while holding umbrellas and they kept their distance from each other.

However, a body language expert noticed a spontaneous affection slip during the said outing. Prince William was photographed raising his hand and resting it on Middleton’s hip as they greeted the public. He also looked at her and she smiled back at him.

“They catch one another’s eye and Kate’s dimpled smile suggests the kind of subtle look of love that is similar to William’s suppressed smile and eye smile,” Judi James said.

“Unusually for him, he seems quick to lift a hand to Kate’s waist in a gesture of what looks like spontaneous affection.”

It seemed that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were in the mood to be affectionate toward each other on that day because they were spotted holding hands while walking when they were about to leave Kensington Palace and ride the chopper that would take them to Blackpool. Prince William and Middleton’s PDA was caught on camera and their fans loved it.

Prince William and Middleton rarely hold hands or touch each other in public. The couple is not as tactile as Prince Harry and Meghan Markle who hold hands wherever they go.

Although Prince William and Middleton’s aren’t as affectionate in public there are times when they just couldn’t stop themselves from being sweet to each other and these rare occasions don’t go unnoticed.

When the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited Northern Ireland, they packed on some PDA during several outings. Prince William and Middleton stepped out at Belfast’s Empire Music Hall together. On the said outing, Middleton was seen placing a hand on Prince William’s back as he chatted with the guests.

The duke was also seen placing an arm around Middleton. When the royal mom of three walked toward another guest to say hello, Prince William pulled her closer and introduced her to the people he was talking to. Earlier in the day, they were as affectionate during a soccer game.
