Prince William, Kate Middleton And Prince Harry Looking For Senior Communications Officer
Prince William, Kate Middleton and Prince Harry are reportedly looking for a new addition to their team.
Middleton, Prince William and Prince Harry are constantly busy juggling their charity work, royal duties and personal lives, so they are apparently looking for a senior communications officer who can assist them and support their cause, Hello! reported. The position is a full-time role that requires 37.5 hours of work per week. It offers a fixed term and maternity cover contract.
"This role will work both reactively and proactively to manage the daily news flow to the media, communicating with audiences via traditional, digital and social media," the job post read.
The successful candidate will lead the royals' communications plans and delivery of engagements and overseas tours. They will also draft and circulate press lines, as well as organize and give press briefings. In addition, they will handle out of hours media enquiries, conduct research for special projects and contribute to the strategic discussions and in making active decisions.
As for the qualifications, Kensington Palace is looking for applicants with extensive experience in communications, marketing or media and with a relevant degree. In addition, the applicants should have the ability to make decisions with integrity and judgment while exercising caution. The capacity to handle sensitive information with tact and discretion is as important.

In other news, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, along with Prince Harry, have recently been spotted out and about for a number of royal engagements. On Oct. 10, the royal trio celebrated World Mental Health Day by honoring the people working in the mental health sector across the UK. The event also marked Middleton's first public appearance since the announcement of her third pregnancy.
Following this, the three were spotted on Monday at the Paddington Station in London for a charity event where Middleton joyfully danced with Paddington Bear.
On Wednesday, Prince William, Prince Harry and Middleton visited the London Stadium to meet the next generation of young sports coaches. During the outing, Mark Noble presented the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge with a mini West Ham soccer jersey, though Prince Harry's brother is a huge fan of its rival team, Aston Villa.
"We know that William's an Aston Villa fan so whether it gets put on or not I don't know. Whether they'll let George do that I don't know! It was a gesture from us as a welcome to the club really," said team captain Mark Noble (via Daily Mail).
