Prince William, Princess Kate And Prince Harry Post Job Listing On LinkedIn
Prince William, Princess Kate and Prince Harry are looking to hire a qualified individual to work for them and took to LinkedIn to discover the best candidate. The royal trio requires a new full-time Senior Communications Officer, who will primarily focus on the day-to-day within the Royal Foundation.
The mid- to senior-level position will require the candidate to work in Kensington Palace, which is a royal residence in London that holds great historical significance. The palace contains the offices and housing of the Duke of Cambridge, Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry, alongside other royal leaders.

Candidates with a strong background in public relations, marketing, writing and editing skills have a chance to be considered for the coveted role. The candidate who is hired for the position will have a key role in implementing communication strategies for the Royal Foundation, taking the lead on cultivating and delivering said plans.
"We require a Senior Communications Officer to support the work of TRH the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and HRH Prince Henry of Wales, with a particular focus on the activity of their Royal Foundation," the listing posted on LinkedIn read. "This role will work both reactively and proactively to manage the daily news flow to the media, ensuring items are accurately and positively reported and received by audiences via traditional, digital and social media."
The listing continues, saying, "The ability to make decisions, using integrity and judgment whilst exercising caution, is also an essential requisite for the job, as is the ability to handle sensitive information with tact and discretion at all times."
The candidate who fills the role will also be required to draft and circulate press lines, organize and deliver press briefings to the public, conduct research on special projects and contribute to strategic discussing, among other tasks. Individuals with experience working in the charity sector will have a leg up among applicants because it's listed as an ideal, but not necessary, skill.
British citizens and individuals who have obtained the right to legally work in the country are encouraged to apply.

A representative for Royal Foundation and HRP did not immediately return International Business Times' request for comment.
The LinkedIn posting is a new step for the royal family, who would normally post new job positions on the Kensington Palace's website. However, this transition will allow the royal family to broaden the organization's horizons to discover a more diverse crop of candidates.
TRH wrote about its employees on the organization's LinkedIn page, saying, "whatever their role and whichever department they’re in, our people are part of something remarkable. They provide invaluable support to The Queen and Royal Family, enabling them to fulfill their duties and serve the nation."
TRH holds a 4.0 rating out of 5 stars on Glassdoor, which is based on reviews from former and current employees. A former employee wrote in a review, "Good perks in terms of salary sacrifice schemes, free lunch, access to leisure facilities [and] opportunities to network." A current employee wrote, "The obvious prestige, surviving successful security screening, and overall working experience doesn't look bad in one's CV and gives one a net edge, especially in private sector service/trust oriented jobs."
