Princess Beatrice is asking for donations to two charities close to her and fiancé Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi’s hearts.

Princess Beatrice’s wedding date is already set. The next royal bride and Mapelli Mozzi are following Kate Middleton and Prince William, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, and Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank’s lead by encouraging their wedding guests and fans to donate to two charities that are important to them instead of sending them wedding gifts. The bride and groom chose Big Change and Cricket Builds Hope.

Princess Beatrice founded the Big Change charity with six of her friends in 2012. Meanwhile, Mapelli Mozzi co-founded Rwanda Cricket Foundation with his brother Alby Shale in 2011 and it was later named Cricket Builds Hope.

“We’re honoured that Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi have asked their wedding guests to learn more about and support Big Change,” said CEO Essie North said.

“As a founder and Trustee of the charity Beatrice holds an ambitious vision to change how we support all young people to thrive, with the humility to learn from and the pioneers who are leading this change on the ground. We hope that the increased awareness she has brought to Big Change will help us support more brilliant projects making a real difference to young people from all walks of life, but especially those who are the most vulnerable.”

Meanwhile, Princess Beatrice’s father Prince Andrew will be attending her big day despite prior claims that she was seriously considering banning him. The royal bride reportedly did not want any drama on her wedding day and the Duke of York’s Epstein scandal has been plaguing him for months.

According to an insider, the Queen wants the members of the royal family to show a united front at the upcoming royal wedding. The press officers are planning to portray Princess Beatrice’s royal wedding as the “big event that brings the family back together again.”

Princess Beatrice’s divorced parents Sarah Ferguson and Prince Andrew were spotted together shortly after her wedding date was revealed. The Duke and Duchess of York were driving in Windsor Great Park with Prince Andrew behind the wheel.
