Princess Beatrice, Edoardo Mozzi Wedding Likely To Include Woolfie; Royal Event Will Be 'Privately Funded'
Royal followers are already excited over the upcoming wedding of Princess Beatrice, 31, and her fiancé, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, 36, in 2020. Earlier this week, reports about the sister of Princess Eugenie wanting the son of her beau to be best man at their imminent big day have made rounds online. But, is it possible for the Edo and ex-girlfriend Dara Huang, 37, to reunite at a Royal event?
From the looks of it, it is, especially after Dara expressed joy at the possibility of uniting her son Christopher Woolf “Woolfie” Mapelli Mozzi with the soon-to-be royal couple, Edoardo and Princess Beatrice. “I wish the best for Edo and Beatrice and look forward to uniting our families,” the Chinese-American architect, reportedly, revealed to MailOnline.
For starters, Dara Huang and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi have been engaged for three-and-a-half years before officially calling it quits. Rumors suggested that the British property developer started dating Princess Beatrice while he was still with his then-fiancee. But, it was later learned that Edoardo and Dara broke up six months before the former was romantically linked to Sarah Ferguson’s daughter.
Dara was among the first few people who sent her best wishes to Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi after they announced their engagement in late September. Despite their past, the property developer and Design Haus Liberty founder maintained a good friendship. In fact, the sister of Princess Eugenie already got to know their son, Woolfie, very well.
“Edo is easily one of the best dads,” an unnamed source, previously, told People. “He is so involved, he is so committed to this little boy, and Beatrice is already showing that she’s a fantastic step-mummy already.”
Meanwhile, no concrete details about the forthcoming wedding of Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi have been made public as of yet. However, Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York, claimed, at the BFI London Film Festival gala, that the two will tie the knot in the United Kingdom. The British writer, 59, also expressed her excitement about her daughter's big day, describing the soon-to-be Mrs. Mozzi as “a beauty.”
A Buckingham Palace spokesman, reportedly, told Express UK that the imminent Royal wedding will be privately funded after Princess Eugenie’s big day sparked controversies for, allegedly, costing British taxpayers around £2 million. Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi have yet to comment on this claim.
