Princess Beatrice will announce her wedding date next month amid Prince Andrew’s controversy.

Princess Beatrice’s big day will be happening soon despite the various scandals plaguing her controversial royal father. According to Daily Mail’s Charlotte Griffiths, the next royal bride has received a green light from Queen Elizabeth II to share the details of her royal wedding with fiancé Edo Mapelli Mozzi.

“I’m told we can expect the ceremony to be in early June, as the racing-obsessed Monarch has stipulated the date must not interrupt her favourite meeting, which next year starts on June 16,” Griffiths wrote.

An insider close to the couple also told the correspondent that the couple will be announcing their wedding date in the second week of January. The date has been described as “early summer” and will happen before the summer social season kicks off.

Initially, Mapelli Mozzi and Princess Beatrice were considering The Guards’ Chapel and St. James’s Park. However, the two venues are no longer under consideration.

“Poor Beatrice – this wedding seems impossible to cement. At least she’s got a date at last, and has found a window to announce it, once the opening of Parliament, Christmas and New Year are over,” the source added.

Just recently, Princess Beatrice reportedly canceled his engagement party due to Prince Andrew. According to Becky Pemberton, the bride-to-be sent out invites that her party will be held at Chiltern Firehouse on Dec. 18. However, she decided to change the date for fear that the high-profile venue will be flocked with photographers looking for the Duke of York.

Princess Beatrice and Mapelli Mozzi agreed to move the party because they wanted Prince Andrew to “sneak in under the radar.” At the time, the couple was instructed to not announce their wedding date until after the general election.

Princess Beatrice and Mapelli Mozzi were last seen in public together last Friday night. The couple attended the Christmas party hosted by Russian tycoon and owner of the Evening Standard Evgeny Lebedev. Princess Beatrice’s sister Princess Eugenie was also present at the event.
