Princess Charlotte, Prince George, Other Young Royals On Their Best Behavior [PHOTOS]
Princess Charlotte, Prince George, Savannah Phillips and other young members of the royal family are likely taught to be on their best behavior at all times when they are out in public. Over the years, Queen Elizabeth II's grandchildren and great-grandchildren have shown off their impeccable manners, from Princess Charlotte's regal wave to Savannah being a good example to her younger cousins.
Of course, since the young royals are still children, they would need someone guiding them especially during important events. During Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's wedding in May 2018, Prince George and Princess Charlotte's nanny ensured that her charges were on their best behavior, even resorting to bribing them with sweets.
"I was sitting right in front of [Maria] and she was bribing the youngest bridesmaid with Peppa Pig and Smarties, which was quite funny," one wedding guest told People of Maria Teresa Borrallo's interaction with the young royals.
Check out moments where Princess Charlotte, Prince George and the rest of the little royals had been on their best behavior below, as compiled by Hello magazine.
Prince George
On his first day of school at Thomas's Battersea in September 2017, Prince William and Kate Middleton's eldest child had been the perfect little gentleman. Prince George, who looked very smart in his school uniform, held his proud dad's hand as they walked into the school. The young boy also shook hands with Helen Haslem, the head of the lower school.
Princess Charlotte
In July 2017, Princess Charlotte accompanied her mom, dad and big brother when they went to Poland for their royal tour in July 2017. While there, Prince William and Middleton's only daughter gave a curtsy to the diplomats who had gathered to see them off, according to The Telegraph.
Princess Charlotte also showed off her impeccable manners when the Cambridges arrived at Berlin, where the little lady copied Middleton and gave a diplomatic handshake when they got off their plane.
Savannah Phillips
As the oldest great-grandchild of the Queen, Savannah needs to be an example to her younger cousins and makes sure to keep them out of trouble. During the Trooping the Colour last year, Savannah was seen telling Prince George to be quiet as they stood on the balcony to watch the flyover. She also comforted Princess Charlotte when the little girl fell over.
Mia Tindall
Back in 2016, Mia Tindall was a precocious little 2-year-old. She stole the show during a photoshoot for Queen Elizabeth's 90th birthday when she posed while clutching the monarch's handbag. See the lovely photo here.
After the photo was released, her dad, Mike Tandall, told "Good Morning Britain" that they had given her the bag to stop her from being too naughty. "It just turned out to be the right photo at the right time and it will be something we'll always cherish, I think," he said.
Lady Louise Windsor
Lady Louise Windsor served as a special attendant during Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank's wedding in October last year, and she took her role seriously. She had the responsibility of helping the young pageboys and bridesmaids out of the car and guiding them to the chapel.
