Princess Charlotte Shares Striking Resemblance With Princess Diana In Recent Photos

Princess Charlotte is being likened to her late grandmother Princess Diana because of their resemblance to each other.

Last week, the three-year-old daughter of Prince William and Kate Middleton was spotted on her way to Prince Louis’ christening at the Chapel Royal at St. James’s Chapel. Princess Charlotte was wearing a blue dress and blue shoes, and her loosened hair was adorned with a blue headband.

Princess Charlotte’s photo was uploaded side-by-side with Princess Diana’s black and white picture when she was also three years old. In the picture, Princess Diana is wearing a trench coat, and her hair is also kept untied.

One royal fan talked about the similarities between the two youngsters and wrote, “Princess Charlotte displays, already, charisma, charm, fun, & joy. She embodies the soul and spirit of Diana. She just makes one smile when you see her image.”

Another fan wrote, “Charlotte looks like and reminds me of Princess Diana.”

Unfortunately for Princess Charlotte and her siblings, they will no longer have the chance to meet their grandmother in person. Princess Diana passed away on Aug. 31, 1997, after getting into a car crash in Paris.

In related news, Princess Charlotte once again stole the show in the official christening photos of Prince Louis. In one of the pictures, Princess Charlotte is seen looking at Prince Louis intently while he was being carried by Middleton. Everyone else in the photo is looking straight into the camera but Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

Prince George, 5, also captured the hearts of royal fans after he is seen smiling from ear to ear. Typically, the eldest son of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge dons a poker face every time he is seen in public.

Princess Charlotte also worked the camera in the three other official photos that were released by Kensington Palace on Sunday. One of the pictures was of Prince William and Middleton’s family, and the other two was of Middleton carrying Prince Louis, and a photo with Prince William and Middleton’s side of the family.

Middleton gave birth to Prince Louis on April 23. He was baptized on July 9.
