Princess Eugenie shared a throwback photo with husband Jack Brooksbank.

Sarah Ferguson and Prince Andrew’s youngest daughter took to Instagram to celebrate Valentine’s Day. In the snap, the royal princess is wearing a fuchsia pink dress with a black blazer. She paired it with a hair ornament of the same shade. Her then-boyfriend stood beside him with a huge smile on his face. They both looked younger in the picture as it was taken years ago.

“This Valentine’s Day I wanted to share an oldie but a goodie of Jack and I in 2010, the year we met... ❤️❤️❤️ Happy Valentine's Day...” she wrote in the caption.

Princess Eugenie’s post was flooded with sweet comments from her followers expressing their joy for the couple who tied the knot on Oct. 12, 2018.

“That's lovely, you were so young! ! _Wishing a very happy Valentine's day to you and Jack, and many many more to come!” one commented.

“Lovely picture of a stunning couple!“ another added.

“Gorgeous couple,” a different netizen opined.

“You look exactly the same.....” another wrote.

Princess Eugenie and her sister Princess Beatrice are way down the line of succession, so they enjoy more freedom than their cousins Prince William and Prince Harry who were both full-time working royal until the latter announced his resignation last month. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex decided to resign and renounce their royal title.

Prince Andrew also vacated his posts after his scandalous Newsnight interview. It happened months before Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s resignation. Since three major royals left and the others are growing older, the senior members of the royal family are reportedly considering giving Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice bigger roles in the monarchy.

Prince William is reportedly okay with it because he is convinced that his cousins have already proven themselves with dignity when they have performed public engagements. Prince Charles reportedly had a change of heart about the matter.

Initially, the Prince of Wales didn't want to include Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie because he wanted a slimmed down monarchy. However, the heir apparent will not stand in the way if Queen Elizabeth II gives them more duties. Also, the future king is fond of his nieces.
