Princess Eugenie’s Wedding Dress Will Break Tradition By Featuring This Detail
Princess Eugenie’s wedding dress will reportedly break tradition and be unlike Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton’s gowns.
Anna Mewes, a personal stylist and image consultant, told Express that since Princess Eugenie is known for not confirming to royal rules, her dress will definitely be a stand out among those worn by other female members of the British clan.
“Princess Eugenie is known for breaking royal traditions when it comes to dressing and I imagine she will do the same when it comes to her wedding dress. I expect her dress will be very different to the styles Kate and Meghan chose for their own weddings,” she said.
Mewes also said that the 28-year-old princess’ gown will definitely feature a detail that could make her look flatter. But prior to her big day, it’s obvious that Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson’s youngest daughter has already lost a considerable amount of weight.
Jess Tonking, a personal trainer, told Express last month, “Princess Eugenie has a gorgeous shape with all the right curves but it does appear more recently she may have shed some body fat in prep for her wedding. If she has been following a weight training program it’s hard to determine how much weight she has lost due to muscle gain. I believe she may have lost three percent body fat in the six weeks since the royal wedding.”
Meanwhile, Mewes is convinced that Princess Eugenie’s bridal dress will feature a cinched-in waist and full skirt.
“Based on her sartorial choices for high profile events in previous years I imagine her wedding dress will feature embroidery or texture of some sort, possibly lace on the bodice. She loves to show off her figure and I predict she will wear a dress with a cinched-in waist and full skirt to emphasize her shape,” she said.
Princess Eugenie’s wedding dress style and designer will be revealed on the day of her wedding on Oct. 12.
