Princess Sofia Of Sweden Shows Off Blossoming Baby Bump In Red Dress
Princess Sofia of Sweden showed off her blossoming baby bump in a red dress during an official engagement Saturday. She along with her husband Prince Carl Philip and mother-in-law Queen Silvia attended an arts event at the Royal Swedish Academy of Fine Arts in Stockholm. The former model who became a princess after her wedding to Carl Philip looked stunning in the dress.
The 30-year-old royal’s red dress featured long sleeves, and below the knee hemline. The form-fitting dress also had a red sheer and embroidered yolk detailing below the neckline. The pregnant Sofia kept it simple in pair of nude high heels and a red suede red envelope style clutch bag.
Sofia wore a thick black velvet coat as she arrived for the event hand-in-hand with Carl Philip. She was pictured in the same jacket on an earlier occasion. Sofia looked flawless in black eyeliner, mascara and a slick of nude gloss on her lips.
Her short glossy brunette locks were left loose over her shoulders in tumbling waves with center parting. Meanwhile, her husband looked dapper in black trousers and suit combo. He paired his outfit with a crisp white shirt, navy tie and white pocket square.
The 36-year-old car-race loving Carl Philip completed his look with a black watch and lace-up shoes. Queen Silvia also looked beautiful in a black dress with a cowl neck. It featured long sleeves, which the senior royal paired with a black and multi-colored silk scarf.
She also carried a black handbag and a bouquet of flowers. Carl Philip’s mom accessorized with a gold necklace and wore frosty brown lipstick.
Sofia is pregnant with her first child with Carl Philip and is expected to give birth in April. Her sister-in-law Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden is also pregnant with her second child with husband Prince Daniel. The heir to the Swedish throne is due to give birth in March.
