‘Quantico’ Season 1 Spoilers: Alex And Ryan Flirt In Sneak-Peek Videos From Episode 4
“Quantico” has no shortage of complicated relationships. Alex Parrish (Priyanka Chopra) and Ryan Booth (Jake McLaughlin) aren’t supposed to get together during FBI training, but they’re definitely getting closer, despite the rules. In sneak-peek videos from “Quantico” Season 1, episode 4, Ryan seems very invested in Alex’s future.
Sneak Peek No. 1
In this clip, the team just finished up one of its training exercises, and it clearly didn’t go well for Alex. “What am I still doing here?” Alex asks. “I’m not cut out for this. If those bullets were real today, you and Simon would be dead.”
Ryan thinks she is taking the failure a little too hard. “So what? You’re just going to quit?” he asks.
“Sometimes you have to make a difficult decision for the greater good,” Alex reasons. “I shouldn’t be an agent, Ryan. People around me die.”

Sneak Peek No. 2
But Alex changes her mind about quitting. In the second clip, she isn’t as frantic and even seems to be flirting with Ryan. She finds him to tell him that she thought she might not want to be an agent after discovering the truth about her father last week, but Ryan did something that made her think otherwise.
“It wasn’t your place to do what you did today ... but I’m glad you did,” Alex says. “It made me realize, I really want this. I just couldn’t see it 'til the smoke cleared. So thank you.”
Ryan is surprised to hear her thank him, but Alex continues to say nice things. “No matter how hard I try to push you away, you’re just always there,” Alex says. She’s clearly happy about his presence.
“Well, from the moment I first saw you, I knew I didn’t want to let you out of my sight,” Ryan says. It might sound romantic to Alex, but audiences know that it is literally his assignment to keep an eye on her.
