‘Quantico’ Season 2 Spoilers: Midseason Premiere Synopsis Revealed; What Will Happen In ‘Cleopatra’? [VIDEO & PHOTOS]

“Quantico” Season 2 is bringing sexy back. The midseason premiere will focus on the CIA trainees learning about seduction, and you can bet it will lead to some steamy scenes. The episode 9 synopsis also makes it clear that the lesson will make things even more complicated for the agents.

“The recruits are schooled in the art of seduction, which Alex sees as a perfect opportunity to get closer to Owen, but will it threatens her relationship with Ryan?” the summary for the ABC drama teases.

Alex (Priyanka Chopra) recently accepted Ryan’s (Jake McLaughlin) marriage proposal, but Ryan is keeping more secrets than ever. Their relationship is already on shaky ground, and it isn’t just Alex’s interactions with Owen (Blair Underwood) that will start a fight. Jake’s ex-wife Hannah (Eliza Voupe) will also show up in the midseason premiere and inevitably cause tension.

It seems like they aren’t the only ones dealing with romantic issues. Showrunner Joshua Safran posted a photo from episode 9, which is titled “Cleopatra,” that shows Sebastian (David Lim) kissing a very confused Harry (Russell Tovey).

Meanwhile, the future will be even more intense. When the series left off, Ryan was revealed to be one of the terrorists. “Alex finally gets the answers she’s been looking for about who and what the terrorists are on,” the episode 9 synopsis teases.

Those answers, as always, will be complicated. In the promo video for the midseason premiere, Alex suggests to Shelby that the terrorists might not be the villains.

“Quantico” fans should remember to change their DVR settings. The show is moving to Mondays at 10 p.m. after spending a year and a half on Sundays.
