Queen Elizabeth II has covered Kate Middleton and Prince William’s photo with Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s picture.

On Wednesday, Queen Elizabeth invited Boris Johnson to Buckingham Palace to become the Prime Minister. A snap taken during their meeting caught the attention of the netizens due to the arrangement of the photos in the background.

On Queen Elizabeth II’s picture table are photos of Prince William and Prince Harry with their wives, Middleton and Markle, respectively. However, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s picture was placed in front of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s, Express reported.

In this photo, Prince William and Middleton’s picture frame is covered with Prince Harry and Markle’s portrait, so one can’t see the full picture. The report came just days after the Duke and Duchess of Sussex made headlines for cropping out the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge in the photos they posted on Instagram.

One photo originally features Prince Harry, Prince Philip and Prince William. However, when the Sussexes uploaded it to greet the Duke of Edinburgh on his birthday, they removed Prince William.

The other controversial photo was taken at Trooping the Colour when Prince Harry, Markle and Middleton shared the same carriage. When the Sussex couple uploaded it, they cropped Middleton out.

Months ago, Prince William and Middleton were also slammed by netizens for leaving Markle out from a photo they used to greet Queen Elizabeth II on her birthday. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge opted to use an old photo taken when Markle was not part of the royal family yet. Netizens threw shade at the couple because they believed that the royal couple could have chosen a more recent picture that includes Markle.

“Why deliberately leave Meghan out???” one fan commented.

“Methinks someone is missing from the photo,” another follower wrote.

“But were is Meghan? An official photo without her…WHY?!” a different user stated.

In related news, Prince Harry’s position in the line of succession to the throne will be affected each time Prince William and Middleton add another baby to their brood. Whenever Middleton and Prince William welcome a new child, Prince Harry’s rank goes down.

Royal fans claim that the Duke of Sussex doesn’t mind it. Prince Harry has been known to be a reluctant royal and they believe that he has no intentions to be king, so he will be happy to have more nephews and neices.
