'Rambo 5: Last Blood': Meet John's Adopted Family

John (Sylvester Stallone) will be a rancher in “Rambo 5: Last Blood.” However, Stallone revealed that his character will not only get a new life as a rancher but he will also be getting a new adopted family as well in the film. The actor recently teased movie stills that reveal the two women in the former soldier’s life.

The first picture that Stallone posted on Instagram shows his character in a new environment. So far, all the other movies have shown John in hostile environments, and the former soldier has almost never been happy. In the next film, the character will start with some contentment with his father’s ranch and his adopted family.

The two women in John’s life are Gabriella (Yvette Monreal) and Maria (Adriana Barraza). Gabriella is like a daughter John never had. A still from the movie Stallone shared on Instagram shows him taking the young lady out on a horse. Will he teach her to fight and fire guns as well?

The plot of the upcoming movie is expected to be about a Mexican Cartel kidnapping one of the women that John cares about. The story will then be about how the former soldier will go on a killing spree to rescue the woman. A journalist Carmen Delgado (Paz Vega) is expected to join John in his mission. Stallone also shared a picture of Maria on Instagram. The elderly woman appears to be the one who manages the home, prepares the food, and takes care of John. It remains to be seen if these characters have a connection to the former soldier’s past, and how they came into his life now.

“Rambo 5: Last Blood” will start with John enjoying his new life, but Stallone previously teased on Instagram that the former soldier still has an interest in getting involved in dangerous missions. John will help save people during a dangerous flash flood in the movie.
