Ray J is threatening to sue Kim Kardashian for her comment on her Hulu series "The Kardashians" that he may have sexually assaulted her and Kris Jenner for her denial of her involvement in the release of his 2007 sex tape with Kardashian.
In the first episode of "The Kardashians," which premiered in April, Kardashian discussed the rumors of a second sex tape with Ray with her family. The Skims founder said that she was "99.9% sure" that it doesn't exist, but that if there was anything sexual in another tape, Ray may have stuck a "dildo" up her butt while she was asleep.
In videos he posted on Instagram Saturday, the 41-year-old "One Wish" singer fired back at Kardashian, saying it was a lie to suggest that he sexually assaulted her.
"My soul hurts, but God is working this out!!!" he wrote in the caption of one video. "I get emotional [because] I love my kids and care about what [they] think and feel about me in their life!! It kills me to think they would keep this inhumane, no love or value of others' emotions or families! You thought you won it all!! But you are about to lose."
Shortly after the episode aired, unnamed sources close to Kardashian told TMZ that the beauty mogul's "dildo" comment about her ex-boyfriend was "not serious," adding that it was "funny and dramatic in the moment with Kris and Khloe [Kardashian] to drive home the point that she really did not remember there being another tape."
However, the R&B artist — born William Ray Norwood Jr. — refused to let the "joke" slide and said in his Instagram posts that he is now seriously considering a defamation lawsuit.
"I'm just telling my truth. I can't sit at home and let her lie about some s—t that we're supposed to be all on it. I take responsibility for whatever bad s—t I did when it [the sex tape] came out, you [Kardashian] got to claim the same responsibility," Ray said in the video. "I get 25 [years] to life [in prison] for sodomy in L.A. for that because [you're] having a joke about it, about my life."
In May, Ray J alleged to the Daily Mail that the leak of his 2007 sex tape with Kardashian was a "deal and a partnership between Kris Jenner and Kim and me." He further alleged that they signed a contract for three tapes, but only one tape from a trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, was made public.
Ray J doubled down on those claims in another Instagram video Saturday, alleging that he and Kardashian also filmed a sex tape in Santa Barbara, California, and that Jenner chose the one among the tapes in which her daughter looked the best.
Ray J also shared a series of Instagram DMs he allegedly exchanged with Kardashian in April.
"You know what we did. Your mom controlled this whole sex tape deal with Joe Francis and [Vivid Entertainment CEO] Steve Hirsch. It was her idea to put out the tape with Vivid. All I did was agree," Ray J allegedly messaged her on April 14.
The singer went on to show his alleged original contract with Vivid, where the alleged three tapes are mentioned, claiming that Kardashian's fingerprints and handwriting are on the documents. He also claimed that the reality star wrote the section describing the three tapes.
The alleged contract also revealed that both he and Kardashian received $400,000.
His rant came after Jenner answered questions about Kardashian's sex tape with Ray J while taking a lie detector test on Thursday's episode of "The Late Late Show with James Corden."
Jenner insisted that she had nothing to do with the release of her daughter's sex tape, and the lie detector examiner, John Grogan, determined that she was being truthful.
Ray J, however, claimed that Grogan is "a fake" and not a real polygraph examiner.
"The network should be ashamed, and you should too [James Corden] — all y'all [are] getting sued for playing with the truth!" the singer said in his Instagram posts.
Kardashian and Jenner's representatives have yet to release a statement addressing Ray J's latest claims.
Kardashian and Ray J started dating in 2003 following her divorce from ex-husband Damon Thomas. They met while the reality star was working as a stylist for his sister, singer Brandy.
The pair split in 2006, but the following year, a tape of them having sex during a vacation in Mexico was leaked and obtained by Vivid Entertainment. Kardashian sued the company for $5 million to gain rights to the tape that same year, according to Us Weekly.
