Is ‘Real Housewives of NYC’ Star Bethenny Frankel Dating After Dennis Shields?

Bethenny Frankel may still be mourning the death of ex-boyfriend Dennis Shields but that doesn’t mean she has stopped searching for love. “The Real Housewives of New York City” star was recently spotted kissing a mystery man after tweeting about her late beau.

When Shields died over the summer, Frankel struggled to deal with the loss and took a brief break from social media. After addressing his death, the Bravo TV star appeared to resume her regular activity while occasionally sharing special posts dedicated to her former love.

However, on Monday, the businesswoman seemed focused on a new companion. Frankel was photographed griping the face of her mystery man as they shared a passionate kiss. The two have been spending time exploring Boston, according to TMZ.

Prior to their steamy kiss, the pair was seen holding hands and chatting on Sunday as they waited to cross the street.

Photos featuring Frankel’s quality time with the mystery man come after a post that informed her Twitter followers about a mistake she made while texting a friend. “I just accidentally sent Dennis a text. It was about him to my bff. That was odd,” she tweeted on Saturday.

When one fan told Frankel that Shields got her message, she went on to share what happened moments after she sent the text. “Something else very weird happened. I was texting w one of his friends and it said ‘handwritten text,’” she explained.

The “RHONY” star revealed the text demanded she hurried up, however, the text didn’t come from her friend. “...Neither of us wrote that nor do we even know how to hand write on a text. How bizarre?” Frankel added.

Shields was found dead in his apartment on Aug. 10 from a suspected overdose. Although they weren’t together at the time, sources close to the reality star revealed she was heartbroken over her ex-boyfriend’s death.

“Bethenny is absolutely devastated. She lost her best friend, her partner, her business partner. He’s family. His family is her family,” a source told Us Weekly in August.

However, the insider revealed Frankel wouldn’t remain in a constant state of mourning. “She is living her life because there is nothing else to do. You have to go on. Everyone experiences loss and the only thing you can do is pick yourself up and go on.”

Frankel hasn’t shared any information about her new mystery man, but she has been posting videos of her visit to Boston on her Instagram story. The star shared several clips of herself exploring her alma mater, Boston University while giving fans some details about her life as a college student.

It is unclear whether Frankel’s mystery man will appear on “The Real Housewives of New York City” Season 11.
