Vicki Gunvalson's rumored boyfriend, Smith Walker, is shutting down rumors surrounding their relationship. On Monday it was reported that the star of Bravo's "The Real Housewives of Orange County" had moved on from ex-boyfriend Brooks Ayers with Walker. Now her longtime friend and rumored lover claims the stories are just that -- rumors.

Walker told Us Weekly there is no truth to the reports that Vicki, 53, and him are romantically involved. He claims they have been friends for several years, meeting during filming for "RHOC" Season 5. At the time Vicki was still married to her second husband Donn Gunvalson.

Reports of a relationship began circulating early this week after news broke that Vicki and Walker had been spotted out in Anaheim, California. The pair were seen dancing the night away and sitting at a table with another couple at The Ranch, a local Saloon, on Nov. 6. Walker is the first man Vicki has been linked to since she and Brooks Ayers broke up in August.

Vicki and Brooks announced their split in a joint statement released to Us Weekly. The couple did not initially give a reason for going their separate ways. It has since been revealed that Brooks initiated the breakup during a trip to Florida. He claims ending their relationship felt like a major weight lifted from his shoulders. Vicki discussed their split during the "RHOC" Season 10 reunion finale, revealing that she no longer feels that Brooks was diagnosed with cancer. She said she perpetuated his alleged lie out of fear, sharing with co-stars and those viewing at home that he had been physically and verbally abusive during their relationship. Brooks denies those claims.
