Amid ongoing rumors about Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes' wedding plans, a new report claimed the actor was forcing his girlfriend to sign a prenup. However, Gossip Cop debunked the report by Globe magazine, calling it "100 percent untrue."

According to the Globe, Holmes was “hot to trot down the aisle,” but Foxx told her “no dice” unless she signed a prenuptial agreement.

The unreliable source added, “Jamie’s worth more than $100 million, while Katie’s got just a quarter of that... She doesn’t want to complicate their romance with a prenup, but he’s insisting on it."

The source also claimed Holmes was “willing to compromise, but not if it means signing away her rights to any of their shared earning during their marriage.” The actress has “waited to marry him for so long," but "now, right when they’re talking wedding details, [Foxx] told her he won’t get married without” a prenup.

“Katie’s wondering if the prenup is a ploy to get out of marriage... She feels he’s already planning the divorce before they’re even hitched.”

However, the report hinting at tensions between Holmes and Foxx were completely untrue.

While false reports continued to surface about Holmes and Foxx, the couple was photographed looking happy Monday getting out of a black Mercedes G-Wagon in Marietta, Georgia, as they picked up some new bikes from a Dick’s Sporting Goods store.

The 50-year-old was seen helping Holmes, 39, out of the car as they headed to a park to test drive their new bikes.

The couple has been dating for years, but kept their relationship incredibly private for nearly five years. Holmes was previously married to Tom Cruise and the duo have a 12-year-old daughter together.

Earlier this month, a tabloid claimed Holmes wanted to take her relationship with her boyfriend to the next level by having a “miracle baby.”

“Katie’s been desperate to settle down with Jamie and make this work as a committed relationship,” the “source” told Star magazine. However, this claim was also shot down by Gossip Cop.
