Reality Behind Katie Holmes, Jamie Foxx Planning Wedding With Tom Cruise's Permission

A new report has claimed Katie Holmes was having twins with Jamie Foxx and the couple was planning their wedding. However, Gossip Cop debunked the InTouch magazine report saying the duo was not "engaged."

The magazine made the claims pointing at the actress' appearance in New Orleans last month wearing a diamond ring on her finger. An unreliable source told the magazine after years of quietly dating the actor, “Katie finally said yes” to his proposal.

“Jamie and Katie have talked about getting married many times before, but she was always hesitant, saying she wasn’t ready,” the source said. “But this time was different. He totally surprised her… He got on bended knee and took out the vintage ring. Katie teared up and said yes!”

However, Holmes' representative told the New York Post last week that Tom Cruise's ex-wife was "not engaged to anyone besides her fictional movie fiancé, played by Jerry O’Connell.”

However, the magazine goes on to claim before Foxx proposed to Holmes, he asked for permission from Cruise, who was the father of Holmes' 12-year-old daughter Suri.

“They want to get married at Jamie’s $25 million, 40-acre estate in Hidden Valley, Califorina,” writes the unreliable outlet. “It’s private and perfect for the ceremony and reception.”

Holmes’ daughter Suri will be her “maid of honor,” and the actress will “wear something classic by one of her favorite designers,” the source added about the alleged wedding. After the wedding, “the next step would be starting a family together,” the source said.

“Katie and Jamie are going to be husband and wife, and she trusts this is the right decision,” concludes the "made-up source."

However, there was no truth in the reports about Holmes and Foxx getting married.

Just this week, Woman’s Day Australia falsely made claims about Holmes' ex-husband, saying the actor has become a “broken man” after years of being single and estranged from his 12-year-old daughter Suri, “Tom is still a big deal in the industry and had a successful comeback with the last Mission: Impossible movie but his reputation isn’t what it was and a lot of that has to do with the fact his personal life is virtually in tatters,” another source claimed. However, this report was also debunked by Gossip Cop.

Holmes split from Cruise following six years of marriage in 2013. The actress has been secretly dating Foxx and despite not being engaged, the two were still together and continue to carry on a quiet romance.
