‘Red Band Society’ Season 1 Spoilers: Watch Mandy Moore’s Reunion With Nurse Jackson In Sneak Peek Video From Episode 6

“Red Band Society” returns to Fox on Nov. 5 after a short hiatus, and it looks like Emma (Ciara Bravo) won’t be the only one caught in a love triangle in episode 6. A new sneak peek video shows clips of the doctors and nurses of “Red Band Society” getting in on the drama, and the cast teasing upcoming storylines. The clip also shows Kara (Zoe Levin) finding someone outside of the main group to keep her entertained -- and he just might be able to put her in her place.

The sneak peek shows Nurse Kenji (Wilson Cruz) keeping an eye on Kara, but she has set her sights on a new boy, Hunter (Daren Kagasoff). Unfortunately for her, he is just as insulting as she is. "You have a peculiar habit of talking to yourself," Hunter says. "I’m guessing it’s because no one else wants to talk to you."

The doctors have their own drama though. Nurse Brittany (Rebecca Rittenhouse) has been eyeing Dr. McAndrew (Dave Annabelle), but her hopes might be derailed when his ex shows up. Dr. Erin Grace (Mandy Moore) is introduced as Dr. McAndrew’s ex-girlfriend, and he isn’t exactly welcoming her with open arms.

“Dr. Erin Grace is the newly named chief of surgery here at the hospital,” Moore explains in the video. “I was engaged to Dr. McAndrew but I left about a year ago to take a sort of sabbatical and work with Doctors Without Borders.”

Dr. McAndrew will be surprised by Erin’s return and even more surprised that she took over the chief position that he wanted. Luckily, Dr. Grace might be the only person Nurse Jackson (Octavia Spencer) likes.

However, “Red Band Society” hasn’t given up on their first love triangle between Emma, Jordi (Nolan Sotillo) and Leo (Charlie Rowe). Emma has been making spread sheets and attempting to make the best choice between the two boys.

“Just to be clear,” Leo says, “I choose you.”

They both want her, but she has to make a choice. Emma will decide if she wants Jordi or Leo in this episode—but who will she choose?
