  • Secret revealed in steelbook case of Ultimate Edition available for players who beat the game

"Red Dead Redemption 2" is one of the well-received games in the industry. The game was released on the PC platform a few months ago. A new report claims that a fan recently discovered a game-beating secret at the steel book case of the game's Ultimate Edition.

The latest set of details about the said "Red Dead Redemption 2" secret was recently reported by Gamerant. The site revealed that a fan shared on Reddit about the "incredible detail" discovered in the game. Inside the steel book case of "Red Dead Redemption 2" Ultimate Edition members of the Van Der Linde gang are positioned on either side holding their respective weapons, the site reported.

Interestingly, the site noted that each side stands for the gang's major players in conflict with each other at the end of "Red Dead Redemption 2." On the left side of the steel book case are Sadie, Arthur and Charles while on the right side are Micah, Dutch, Javier and Bill. Players who were able to beat "Red Dead Redemption 2" are well aware that these are the gangs involved in the "civil war."

It is worth noting that this detail is only available if the player is able to beat the game. It is unusual for Rockstar Games to include a major ending spoiler in its steel book case. Of course, this is only a giveaway to those who were able to finish "Red Dead Redemption 2."

In other "Red Dead Redemption 2" news, several fans love the fast travel aspect of the game, which is its most useful feature. However, this feature is hidden and there is a good reason why Rockstar Games decided to have it this way. The game developer deliberately made access to the fast travel feature of "Red Dead Redemption 2" hard to access.

Players won't have the option to use it until they have completed the game's introduction, the Van de Lindes camp, and when the open-world becomes accessible. Despite the level of annoyance that it causes to some players, Screenrant said that it is actually helpful to players as well as to their overall gaming experience. "Red Dead Redemption 2" is currently available in PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
