Reese Witherspoon Spotted Sans Husband Following Troubled Marriage Rumors

Reese Witherspoon was recently spotted without husband Jim Toth in Los Angeles following rumors that the two were having marriage problems.

On Friday, the 42-year-old Hollywood actress was photographed exiting Neapolitan pizzeria Pizzana in LA’s Brentwood neighborhood. In the photos shared by Daily Mail, she appeared to be in a hurry while carrying a box of pizza in a casual ensemble comprising knee-length overcoat, a black top and denim jeans.

Witherspoon wore a serious expression under her pair of tortoiseshell glasses. She let her blonde tresses down as she walked briskly with her pair of white trainers. The actress was then escorted as she was exiting the area.

The sighting of the actress came after rumors claimed that she and Toth were having a marriage crisis all because of her “crazy workload.” Tabloid sources alleged that Witherspoon has been burying herself in different projects just so she wouldn’t have time to think about her failing marriage.

But the rumors were debunked by a fact-checking site. They were also quashed by the couple when the two stepped out last Saturday looking very happy. Just Jared even captured the sweet moment when the couple held each other’s hands while walking the streets in the City of Angels.

A day after their outing, Witherspoon and her husband once again shut down the speculations when they attended the Harlem Globetrotters game together. The pair got a sweet surprise when they were brought out onto the court and interviewed about their marriage, according to People.

After revealing that they’ve been husband and wife for nine years already, the two were serenaded with a rendition of “My Girl.” And just like in movies, the two had a beautiful and memorable slow dance as the crowd watched.

Away from her personal life, Witherspoon has a really packed working schedule. She’s not only doing the second season of HBO’s “Big Little Lies” with Meryl Streep and a star-studded cast, she’s also producing and starring in “The Morning Show” with Jennifer Aniston and Steve Carrell.

Witherspoon is also gracing the big screen as the iconic Elle Woods for “Legally Blonde 3,” which is expected to premiere sometime in 2020. Then just recently, her media company Hello Sunshine inked a deal with Starz to develop a new family drama titled “Kin,” as per Variety.
