Reese Witherspoon Wardrobe Malfunction: Actress Flashes Naked Bottom Accidentally

Reese Witherspoon had a wardrobe malfunction when walking down the street on Tuesday. The “Mud” star flashed her derrière to photographers when a gust of wind blew up her red-and-white floral skirt.

Witherspoon was looking supremely chic in nude heels and a white tank top and white blazer until the wind ruined her getup -- baring her goods for all to see. According to Us Weekly, the actress, 37, wasn’t bothered by the impromptu peep show and instead laughed it off like a pro.

The mother of three shocked fans recently when she made headlines for getting arrested for disorderly conduct in April. The starlet later explained she was trying to defend her husband, Jim Toth, 42, who was getting arrested for DUI in Atlanta.

"Out of respect for the ongoing legal situation, I cannot comment on everything that is being reported right now. But I do want to say, I clearly had one drink too many and I am deeply embarrassed about the things I said," Witherspoon told Us Weekly in a statement after her arrest.

"It was definitely a scary situation and I was frightened for my husband, but that is no excuse." She added, "I was disrespectful to the officer who was just doing his job. The words I used that night definitely do not reflect who I am. I have nothing but respect for the police and I'm very sorry for my behavior."

To make matters worse for the “Legally Blonde” starlet, TMZ wrote she shouted at the arresting officer, "Do you know my name?" When the officer responded, "No, I don't need to know your name," she shot back with, "You're about to find out who I am … You are going to be on national news."
