Snohomish High School Stabbing: $1 Million Bail, No Motive For Girl's Attack
A 15-year-old sophomore girl accused of stabbing two freshmen with a butcher knife at Snohomish High School was deemed an extreme risk to the community by Judge Michael Downes, who set the 15-year-old's bail at $1 million. The attacks appear to be completely random, motivated by a long history of undisclosed mental illness. The suspect, whose name was withheld due to her status as a juvenile, may still be charged as an adult for first-degree attempted murder.
