Restaurants Open On New Year’s Day 2019: List Of Major Chains Open Jan. 1
New Year’s Eve is when everyone goes out, but there’s no reason you can’t go to a restaurant on New Year’s Day too. Plenty of dining establishments will be open on Jan. 1 for those looking to eat out.
If you skipped going out to dinner on the always crowded New Year’s Eve, head out for a nice meal at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse or Bonefish Grill. Those looking for something more fast-casual can check out Panera and Boston Market. Of course, fast food staples like McDonald’s, Taco Bell and others will be open too.
Partygoers looking for their morning after caffeine fix will be happy to know that most major breakfast chains are open. Dunkin’ Donuts, Tim Horton’s and Starbucks have their doors open for those who need a quick jolt while diners like IHOP and Waffle House are available for those in need of pancakes, waffles and more.
