'RHONJ' Stars Teresa And Joe Giudice Face More Legal Woes Amid Divorce Rumors
As if Teresa and Joe Giudice didn't already have enough to deal with, they've been hit with a $13,000 tax lien.
"The Real Housewives of New Jersey" couple were slammed with a Notice of Federal Tax Lien on Oct. 9 for the tax period that ended on Dec. 31, 2018, according to Radar Online, who obtained court documents from Morris County Court in New Jersey. The amount totaled $13,070.56 and doesn't include the $73,273 state tax lien they received on Aug. 30, 2017. Per the publication, neither lien has been satisfied yet.
Both Teresa and Joe spent time behind bars for financial crimes in the past, and they've made it pretty clear they don't want to return. Hopefully, they will take care of this soon. Perhaps this is an indication of the couple's money woes and why neither has initiated a divorce.

When the 47-year-old parents appeared on "The Real Housewives of New Jersey Special Event: Joe and Teresa Unlocked" with Bravo host Andy Cohen in October, Teresa and Joe shared that the future of their relationship depended on two things: reuniting face-to-face and the verdict on Joe's deportation case.
Since then, the "RHONJ" couple and their daughters Gia, 18, Gabriella, 15, Milania, 14, and Audriana, 10, reunited in Italy so there is only one thing left in limbo -- whether or not Joe will be allowed to live in the United States.
However, many reports claim that it doesn't matter what happens with the court case, and Teresa and Joe will divorce no matter what. Time will only tell what the future holds for their marriage, but fans of "RHONJ" can count on Bravo cameras to capture every ounce of emotion and drama involved.
"The Real Housewives of New Jersey" airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m EST on Bravo.
