Parents in Miami, where Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner reportedly bought land recently, are wondering which school the couple will be sending their kids to, a report says.

“Rich Miami parents” are speculating on where Trump and her husband plan to enroll their three children — Arabella, 9, Joseph, 7, and Theodore, 4 —when they move into their newest property, Page Six has learned from unnamed sources. It was earlier reported that Kushner and his wife bought a 1.84-acre lot in Indian Creek Island where they plan to build a bayfront estate.

“The closest good Jewish school to where they bought their land is Lehrman, which is about 5 minutes away. Otherwise, Ransom Everglades, which would be far for them, Miami Country Day — which is about 15 minutes — and Cushman are all very good private schools,” one Miami parent, who was not named, told the outlet.

“Pinecrest is a very good school, but super far. If they are going Jewish and plan to in the meantime rent or live in that area near where they are building the house, I bet Lehrman,” the insider added.

But the move may not happen for a while. Locals cautioned that erecting a mansion could take a long time since the houses are massive at the gated Indian Creek Island, which is also known as the “Billionaire’s Bunker.”

“The thing is, they bought a plot of land and building a mansion on Indian Creek is no small job — the houses are enormous. How long does it take to build a house from scratch? So who knows when they’d actually be in that house,” the source said.

This comes a few days after Page Six reported that Trump and Kushner shelled out $30 million for a lot on the high-security island. The couple reportedly chose to purchase the land after looking at several properties in the Miami and Palm Beach area.

The Indian Creek Island has a “13-man police force for just 29 residences,” making it one of the most secure places in the state, the report said.

Trump and Kushner bought Lot 4, which used to be up for grabs for $31.8 million, from singer Julio Iglesias. The deal is set to be finalized on Dec. 17, per the report.

“The Kushners have been looking to purchase property in Florida for quite some time, and will also maintain their home in New York,” a source familiar with the deal told Page Six.
