Rihanna, Manolo Blahnik 'Savage' Capsule Collection: Where And When To Buy The Winter Boots

Rihanna and Manolo Blahnik are teaming up again to release a winter capsule collection of boots.

The line of winter boots, named Savage, marks the second capsule collection between the singer and the footwear designer. The boots will debut on the heels of the Denim Desserts collection, which launched in May and featured a range of vertiginous heels and thigh-high boots designed in denim.

Savage will feature three boot styles – the Fallon, the Dominique and the Alexis, WWD reported Monday. The collection is inspired by the inimitable Timberland work boot and each style in the Savage collection features winter-ready shearling and suede materials.

The highly anticipated Fallon stiletto ankle boot is an upgraded version of the style that Blahnik popularized in 2002, according to Footwear News. Fans and faithful footwear followers might remember the classic R&B style from music videos like Jennifer Lopez’s “Jenny From The Block,” or Beyonce’s video for the song “Bonnie & Clyde.” The Fallon will be available in “coffee” and “ivory” colors.

The Alexis boot will be available in “cinnamon” and “ivory” colorways and is a furry lace-up stiletto boot. Finally, the towering, thigh-high Dominique style comes in a floral brocade pattern and is designed in black ponyskin lined with sheepskin, WWD reported.

Rihanna has made her name as a leader in cult fashion, and the star has seen tremendous success with her Fenty X Puma line. Her latest Fenty X Puma collection launched at the beginning of November, according to a Twitter announcement. The megastar sent her Marie Antoinette-inspired Fenty X Puma collection down the runway at Paris Fashion Week in September.

The Savage capsule collection is poised to launch Wednesday. The limited collection will only be available at select Manolo Blahnik retail locations and online at manoloblahnik.com.
