Rihanna 'We Found Love' Video: Is the Star Condoning Violence? [VIDEO]
Rihanna unveiled her new, racy music video Wednesday for her single We Found Love, which shows the singer experimenting with drugs, kissing her rumored boyfriend Dudley O'Shaughnessy and, let's not forget, going topless.
Rihanna‘s raunchy video for We Found Love, involved a Northern Ireland farmer offended by her cavorting around in her pants - a barely any other clothing - on his land, as you may recall.
The video, which featured a intensified Sex, Drugs, and Money theme, was directed by Melina Matsoukas, who also did Rihanna's music videos for Rude Boy, Rockstar 101, Hard, S&M, and S&M, which also brought the star lots of controversy as well as a lawsuit that she just settled.
While Rihanna doesn't get beaten to a pulp in the video for We Found Love, the guy does grab her face and inks the word 'mine' on her ass. The video ends when a pushed-to-the-limit Rihanna gathers the strength to leave the dysfunctional relationship, TMZ reported.
The songstress went vocal about her real-life experience with domestic violence with her ex, R&B artist Chris Brown, back in 2009 after attending the Grammy Awards Show.
In February, Rihanna agreed to ease a restraining order placed against Brown, which prohibited him from being within 100 feet of her.
She admitted to MTV News in March, that after a brief post-assault attempt at reconciliation, she hasn't heard from Brown in a long time and doesn't plan on dialing him up anytime soon.
Rihanna’s new album, Talk That Talk, is out in November.
