Rob Kardashian Denies Assaulting Blac Chyna When She Tried To Call Tyga
Rob Kardashian recently denied that he assaulted Blac Chyna months ago.
In the court documents obtained by The Blast, Kardashian’s lawyer said that his client “generally and specifically denies each of the allegations.” Chyna accused Kardashian of physically abusing her after she tried to make a phone call to her son’s dad, Tyga.
“She did not suffer any injury or harm as a result of any conduct by Kardashian,” the lawyer said.
Chyna’s lawyer previously wrote in their complaint that Kardashian “immediately grabbed the phone from her hand and violently knocked her to ground where she landed on her hands and knees.”
The lawyer also said that Chyna was able to record the incident, and Kardashian is seen yelling and ransacking her closet in the video. “Ms. White suffered pain and difficulty walking for days following the domestic dispute as a result of Rob Kardashian violently knocking her to the ground,” the lawyer said.
Months after Chyna’s filing, Kardashian filed his counter affidavit in court, and said that it was the reality TV star that tried to attack him using her iPhone charging cable. The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star also claimed that his ex-girlfriend tried to strangle him using the cord.
Kardashian was able to escape from Chyna’s grasp, but he allegedly suffered injuries to his neck. The back and forth went on for a few months until Chyna decided to also file a lawsuit against Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian for slut-shaming her, according to People.
Chyna also claimed that Jenner was responsible for the cancellation of “Rob & Chyna” from E! However, the Kardashian-Jenner family’s lawyer clarified that Chyna filed for a restraining order against Kardashian, which made it impossible for them to film a second season.
Kardashian and Chyna have been blessed with a daughter together. Dream Kardashian just turned one year old a few months ago, and she is living with her mom, but is being raised by both of her parents.
