Robert Pattinson Called Off Wedding With FKA Twigs? ‘Twilight’ Star ‘Felt Trapped’ In Relationship With Singer, Report Says

Robert Pattinson called off his wedding to singer FKA Twigs amid rumors that the actor was seen kissing a mystery woman during a party in Beverly this month, In Touch Weekly reported Friday. However, the report is likely to be untrue as Gossip Cop, the website that debunks celebrity rumors, dismissed the story.

Pattinson and Twigs were supposed to exchange vows this summer, according to the magazine.

“It's been a long time coming. They were fighting all the time,” a source told the magazine. Pattinson “felt trapped” in the relationship and the wedding plans were a “major drag” for the 29-year-old.

“[Twigs] isn’t the girl for him. She’s very jealous and he was sick of having to explain himself,” the insider told In Touch Weekly. “He's still young and just decided he wasn't ready to settle down.”

However, Gossip Cop dismissed the magazine’s report, citing a source who said it was “false” and the two are yet to set a date for their wedding.

Last Wednesday, Gossip Cop debunked another In Touch Weekly report that said Pattinson was caught kissing another woman earlier this month.

“Rob couldn’t keep his hands off this one girl. He was kissing her and putting his arms around her all night,” In Touch Weekly reported, citing an eyewitness, according to Gossip Cop. The witness also reportedly alleged that “Rob looked like he was into this girl. They seemed to have a lot to talk about and were really enjoying each other’s company.”

Previously, reports circulated saying that there was trouble in Pattinson and Twigs’ relationship. Earlier this year, Hollywood Life reported that Twigs gave Pattinson an ultimatum to marry her in 2016 or “kiss her goodbye.”
