Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart Will Be At The MTV Video Music Awards
Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are going to appear together at the MTV Video Music Awards, but don't get too excited, "Twi-hards," the former couple will only be sharing a screen together.
Pattinson is set to appear in person during the awards ceremony, along with his co-star Taylor Lautner, but Kristen Stewart will be missing from the trio. The boys will be on stage Thursday presenting 90 seconds of never-before-seen footage from their last Twlight movie, "Breaking Dawn: Part 2," People magazine reported.
Pattinson was recently cheated on by 22-year-old Stewart and probably found out about the scandal the way everyone else did: Pictures of Stewart kissing her "Snow White and the Huntsman" director snapped by the paparazzi were leaked onto the internet.
Stewart was originally supposed to appear on stage with the boys to present the unseen footage, but considering her relationship to Pattinson didn't end with the cleanest break, the actress will be absent from the stage, People said.
Pattinson was forced out of hiding to promote his new movie "Cosmopolis," but the MTV Video Music Awards will be her first public appearance since her affair.
It's also been rumored that Kristen Stewart has been kicked off the promotional tour of the newest "Twlight" movie. Instead her co-star, Ashley Greene, will take her place, a source told celebrity blogger Perez Hilton.
The insider told the celebrity gossip blogger:
"The studio's holding out to see if they get back together. But I don't think anyone is banking on that happening. At this point, the press strategy would have been mapped out. It's usually very organized, but at this time it's undecided."
Having an affair with her "Snow White and the Huntsman" director really seems to have turned Stewart's entire life upside down.
Do you think it's wrong that Stewart won't be appearing with Pattinson and Lautner on stage to premiere the unseen footage?
