Robert Pattinson Over Kristen Stewart Break Up? Rihanna Sends ‘Sexy, Funny Texts’ To ‘Twilight’ Star, Source Says

It was recently reported that "Twilight" dream couple Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart split after the brunette starlet had cheated on her co-star and longtime boyfriend. However, the blood-sucking heartthrob may not be so heartbroken anymore.

Pattinson has reportedly been exchanging "sexy, funny texts," recently, and they're not from Stewart. Rihanna is said to have been texting the newly single Pattinson, according to a report from OK! Magazine published by Hollywood Life.

"They've met several times at award bashes over the years," a friend of Rihanna said to the magazine. "RiRi thinks he's very cute, but nothing ever came of it because he was attached to Kristen-and it's not her style to steal someone else's man."

The source continued to speak to OK! Magazine, saying that the "Where Have You Been?" singer has been attempting to "cheer up" Pattinson after his breakup.

"She's got Rob's phone number from a mutual friend and has been sending him sexy, funny texts to cheer him up," the source reportedly said. "At first, Rob thought someone Punk'd him. Eventually Rihanna convinced him she was for real, but Rob has been resisting her."

It was reported in late July that Stewart had been unfaithful to Pattinson by having an affair with "Snow White and the Huntsman" director Rupert Sanders. The actress quickly issued a public apology to Pattinson published in People magazine. Pattinson has since moved out of the home he shared with his former girlfriend in Los Feliz, Calif.

Although the Edward Cullen actor has made jokes about being "homeless" to Jimmy Kimmel after moving out, he may be skyrocketing in popularity post-breakup. It seems as if Rihanna isn't the only one giving the star extra attention since the separation from Stewart. Hollywood Life also reported that the 26-year-old actor has been receiving more fan mail at his move agency than legendary music icon Elvis Presley.

"Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner get more mail than anyone else," an insider at William Morris Endeavor told the Daily Star. "But since Robert's split from Kristen Stewart the mail has increased tenfold."

However, KStew and Rpatz fanatics may be able to learn more about what went on behind the scenes during the couple's five-year relationship. A new book called "The Twilight Journey" will follow the story of Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart from the first movie to "Breaking Dawn Part 2."

The book is said to be filled with "funny, intimate, and candid interviews" and demonstrates the story behind the stars' success. Perhaps the soon-to-be-published account, which will be available on Oct. 2, will shed some light on how the two initially fell in love, where their first kiss took place, and any other questions that may have been brewing in fans' minds.
