Roberto Esquivel Cabrera, Man With 'World’s Largest Penis,' Declared Disabled In Mexico

A man, believed to have the world’s largest penis, recently confessed that he was registered as a disabled in Mexico, the country where he lives, because the enormity of his genitalia prevents him from being gainfully employed.

Roberto Esquivel Cabrera, 54, possesses an 18.9 inch-long penis that hangs past his knees, hindering his daily activities. Opening up about his unique physical property, he stated while he is the owner of something no one else has, it comes with its own set of woes.

"I cannot wear a uniform like anybody in the companies and also I cannot get on my knees,” Cabrera told the Daily Star. “I cannot run fast and so the companies think badly of me. They say that they will call me, but they never do."

Although the Mexican government initially declined his request to register as a disabled, they soon caved in. “Every four months they give me some economic assistance but it is not enough. I visit the food banks every day to take my meals at 12 ‘o clock,” Cabrera added.

“We have advised him 'Mr Roberto, the best thing for you is that the doctors give a normal shape to your penis so that it doesn't hurt you, in order to have sexual relationships, in order to have children.' But he doesn't accept it, he'd rather have a penis bigger than the rest of the people, ” Doctor Jesus David Salazar Gonzalez said.

In addition to measuring his penis on camera, Cabrera willingly had his penis medically examined and x-rayed to dispel rumors that he was bluffing. After carefully examining a 3D scan of Cabrera’s penis, doctors at a health center in the city of Saltillo, in the north-eastern Mexican state of Coahuila, confirmed that the unbelievable length of his penis was indeed genuine.

Radiologist Jesus Pablo Gil Muro, who performed a CT scan on Cabrera’s penis said that over 6 inches of it were nothing but foreskin. "Our findings on the CT scan were that he has very large foreskin, it goes almost to the knee,” Muro said. “The glands themselves are only six to seven inches from the pubice. It doesn't go all the way through the foreskin.”

So why doesn’t Cabrera simply undergo a penis-reduction surgery? The Mexican man refused to go under the knife because he dreams of striking it big in the world of pornography. “I would like to be a porn star and I think I would make a lot of money,” he said.

According to the Sun, producer of YouPorn and the FakeTaxi series was interested in casting Cabrera in one of his adult films.

“We would fly him over to Prague and he can come see our doctors and nurses at our FakeHospital.com,” he said. “We would make the scene quite comical, and would get a female doctor and two or three nurses all trying to have a go on it. He would have the time of his life. Everyone would want to see the scene for sure, whether they would get off on it is another matter."

Cabrera said he also wants the Guinness Book of World Records to officially recognize him as the man with the largest penis in the world.

"I am famous because I have the biggest penis in the world,” Cabrera said. "I am happy with my penis, I know nobody has the size I have. I would like to be in the Guinness Book of Records but they don’t recognize this record."

Cabrera also cannot have sexual encounters with anyone because of the size of his penis and often suffers urinary tract infections due to it.
