Robin Thicke’s Girlfriend Flaunts Baby Bump; Paula Patton Shows Off Happy Countenance

Robin Thicke’s girlfriend, April Love Geary, proudly showed off her baby bump on Instagram on Saturday. But just a day later, the singer’s ex, Paula Patton, flaunted a snap of her getting cuddly and smiling happily with her German Shepherd on social media.

On Saturday, Geary took the chance to show her followers on Instagram how big her baby bump has become. She took a selfie in front of a mirror, donned in nothing but her matching black underwear. Very visible in the shot is, of course, her large belly. The 22-year-old model then captioned her post, “Already so in love with you.”

Interestingly, Patton decided to update her social media accounts a day after Geary’s post. The 41-year-old actress and Thicke’s ex-wife apparently uploaded a photo of herself playfully lounging on the floor with her pet dog, while flashing a huge smile at the camera. It wasn’t clear if Patton intended the post to be a response to Geary’s baby bump update, but it’s clear that she’s having a great time this weekend.

Patton and Thicke tied the knot in 2005. In October 2014, the two filed for divorce, which was then finalized five months later. They two share a son named Julian, whom they fought over in a lengthy custody dispute.

This summer, it was found out through legal documents that the exes resolved their custody battle by dividing Julian’s time between them. It was decided that Julian will be spending Mondays through Wednesdays with his father, then the remaining days he could spend with his mother, according to People.

Julian will also get to spend weekends with his parents alternately. As for the young boy’s expenses, the former spouses will have to share fees for private school and other necessities. Thicke and Patton were also ordered to share in all major decisions concerning Julian’s “health, education, and welfare including, but without limitation, schooling, religion, medical care and enrichment activities,” as indicated in court documents obtained by E! News.

Following his separation from Patton in February 2014, Thicke quickly moved on to dating Geary. He even made his romance with the latter public by taking her to the Cannes Film Festival in 2015.

In August of this year, Geary announced via Instagram that she and Thicke were expecting their first baby together. She posted a picture of her sonogram at the time and wrote: “Robin and I are very excited to share with you all that we’re having a baby! The due date is March 1st, [Robin’s late father] Alan’s birthday.”
