Sam Heughan Drives An Audi In A Kilt In Scotland

Sam Heughan recently got the opportunity to drive an Audi car in Scotland. The actor shared a picture of the drive, and he revealed that he was wearing a kilt while driving. The “Outlander” star enjoyed the drive and recommended his fans to try it.

Heughan drove an Audi in Scotland recently and shared a picture on Instagram. The actor thanked the company for giving him the opportunity to drive the car, and added that the heated seats were a “treat.”

Asking the fans if they have ever driven a car in a kilt, Heughan recommended it to his followers. The actor appears to love driving in cars. He previously shared a picture of him leaning against another car. “Forgot to get gas,” he jokingly wrote in that post.

Heughan has driven an Audi in the U.S. too. The actor shared a picture of him driving across the desert in Nevada back in March. The actor described the drive as “sublime” and an “adventure.” He added that this was the “perfect” way to see the beauty of the state.

Although Heughan got the time to go for a drive in Scotland, the actor is currently busy filming the next season of “Outlander.”

Caitriona Balfe, who plays Heughan’s onscreen wife Claire Fraser, recently wrote on Twitter about how a new director’s remark on the set of “Outlander” made her feel very happy and proud. The director said that it is rare to see a show that is filming its fifth season and everyone still cares and loves what they do, and there is a happy atmosphere on the set.

“...and then said, ‘This is Game of Thrones right?,’” Heughan jokingly wrote in reply to Balfe’s comment. The two “Outlander” stars have a habit of teasing each other or exchanging some playful banter online to keep the fans entertained while they wait for the next season of their favourite show.
