Samsung Galaxy Nexus vs. Motorola Droid RAZR: Side-by-Side Comparison
First impressions of the Samsung Galaxy Nexus are beginning to trickle in. Samsung's newest flagship device is also the first phone to come preloaded with Ice Cream Sandwich, Android's 4.0.1 version of its operating system. Early reports are extremely positive, saying the device is light, with a gorgeous large screen with deep blacks and bright colors, thanks to advanced AMOLED technology.
One of the Galaxy Nexus' main competitors this holiday season - assuming it makes it out in the U.S. before Christmas, there still has been no word on a final release date - will be the Motorola Droid RAZR, which was released last week. The two phones are similarly sized, though the Galaxy Nexus is longer and narrower, while the RAZR is slightly slimmer and lighter. The Galaxy Nexus has a larger screen with higher pixel density and slightly more powerful chipset, but the Droid RAZR has a larger camera (8 megapixels to the Nexus' 5) and a more powerful battery.
