Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Price Slashed By $300
One of the most sought after smartphones during this Black Friday is the Samsung Galaxy Note 5. Several retailers are selling the handset with attractive on-contract plans. However, its unlocked edition is now available with a surprising low price of $549 on eBay.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 unlocked edition with 32 GB storage is now available for $549 only on eBay. According to Phone Arena, the regular cost of the handset is $849. It means 232tech is selling the new Galaxy Note 5 with a massive discount of $300. Moreover, the seller has positive feedback rating of 99.1 percent.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is available in three colors -- black, gold and silver. The seller is also providing an EU charger with the handset. But before purchasing the handset from eBay, one needs to be aware of the fact that the device will only work on GSM networks of AT&T and T-Mobile. It means the N920i unlocked edition variant will not support CDMA networks like Verizon Wireless and Sprint.
On AT&T, the Galaxy Note 5 with 32 GB storage is listed with an off-contract price of $739. Verizon Wireless is selling the same variant for $696. The off-contract prices of the Note 5 with T-Mobile, Sprint and US Cellular are $599, $739 and $669, respectively.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 comes with a 5.7-inch display. It offers a display resolution of 1,440 x 2,560 pixels along with a pixel count of 518 ppi. The display is protected by Gorilla Glass 4. The Note 5 boasts of a premium appeal with its metal and glass combination chassis.
It is powered by Exynos 7420 chipset and 4 GB of RAM. The rear features an OIS-enabled 16 MP camera and the front-facing camera is 5 MP. Some of the other features of the handset include S-Pen stylus, fingerprint scanner and health sensors, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 4G, 3G and 3,000 mAh battery.
