The long-rumored Samsung Galaxy S11, the Korean mobile giant's upcoming flagship smartphone series, will be coming in three different size variants featuring a new SAMOLED display technology if recent rumors are to be believed.

Famous tech tipster Evan Blass leaked the alleged update through his Twitter account. The upcoming flagship will, like the most recent releases, have three size variations: 6.7 inches for the standard Galaxy S11, a smaller 6.2 inches for the S11e, and a bigger 6.9 inches for the S11+.

The leak added that S11 and S11e units will support both 4G and 5G while the S11+ will only have 5G support.

According to a Let's Go digital report, Samsung is said to have recently filed a patent to the Korean Intellectual Property Office. The company recently trademarked the moniker “SAMOLED” for new display technology.

What the “S” means and what will make this new technology different from the current ones remains unknown.

As for colors, according to rumors, the new flagship will come in Black, Grey, and Blue colors. On the other hand, the smaller S11e is expected to be available in Blue, Grey, and Pink.

Samsung is expected to make official announcements about its next flagship sometime around next year.
