Samsung Offers Free Netflix Subscription For A Year Worth $119 With Galaxy Tab S2
Samsung is running a promotional offer specific to the latest Galaxy Tab S2 slate. However, this limited period offer is applicable only to the U.S. customers.
Upon purchasing the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 by Dec. 26, buyers will be able to avail free Netflix subscription for a year. After ordering the device, customers will have to submit an online form, in addition to the purchase receipt prior to Jan. 31, 2016. Doing so, Samsung will send a code that will provide free 12-month Netflix subscription.
The code apparently pertains to the “2 stream” subscription plan of Netflix. As the name implies, it offers access to two streams per account to the video service. The total worth of the code is $119.88. After receiving the code from the South Korean tech giant, customers may have to redeem it by Mar. 31, 2016. As far as the Galaxy Tab S2 specifications go, it features a 9.7 / 8.0-inch Super AMOLED display, bundled with 2,048 x 1,536 pixels screen resolution. Under the hood, the slate comes powered by a quad-core processor and backed by 3 GB of RAM.
When it comes to camera specification, the device houses a good 8-megapixel rear-facing sensor, in addition to a 2.1-megapixel front-facing shooter. This slate comes equipped with 32 GB or 64 GB of internal storage space with microSD card support for expansion.
While the 9.7-inch model comes with a phenomenal 5,870 mAh battery cell, the 8.0-inch version settles for a 4,000 mAh unit. Overall, the Galaxy Tab S2 is super-thin, very light and it offers killer performance, complete with a fingerprint sensor on board.
Speaking of price, according to Samsung, the 9.7-inch version will set the buyers back by $399.99, while the 8.0-inch variant comes for $349.99. The original prices of the bigger and smaller models used to be $499.99 and $399.99, respectively.
