Sarah Ferguson Responds To Meghan Markle Pregnancy By Doing This
Sarah Ferguson posted a new photo of Princess Eugenie on social media just minutes after the palace announced that Meghan Markle is pregnant.
The Duke and Duchess of York's youngest daughter walked down the aisle on Friday and tied the knot with her longtime boyfriend and now husband, Jack Brooksbank. Just days after the second royal wedding of the year, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex confirmed that they are expecting their first baby.
Helen Barnett, a journalist for Express, noted that just minutes after Kensington Palace announced Prince Harry and Markle's pregnancy, Ferguson took to Twitter to share a series of photos from her daughter's big day.
The Duchess of York shared a photo of Princess Eugenie and Brooksbank exiting the church. "So proud of Eugenie and Jack #wedding," Ferguson wrote in the caption.
She also shared a snap of the newlyweds in a carriage as they were about to leave for the procession. Princess Beatrice and Ferguson can be seen in the background smiling as they watch the carriage leave. "Andrew and I are proud to welcome Jack to the York family #wedding @TheDukeOfYork," Ferguson wrote.
Ferguson also shared a sweet moment between the bride and her father. In the snap, Princess Eugenie and Prince Andrew are waving to the crowd in the steps of the church. "So proud of Eugenie #wedding @TheDukeOfYork," the duchess wrote.
However, Ferguson's post didn't sit well with some of the royal fans, especially those who support Prince Harry and Markle. "We know, we know. STOP trying to steal #MeghanAndHarry’s thunder. Eugenie’s time will come again - if they have kids - the #RoyalWedding2 has been and gone! xXx," Sarah Anderson wrote.
Princess Eugenie During Princess Eugenie and Brooksbank's wedding ceremony, the bride experienced the same mishap as Kate Middleton. The groom struggled to fit the band to Princess Eugenie's finger. So, she helped him adjust it.
In 2011, Prince William had the difficulty of slipping the wedding ring to Middleton's finger. It turned out that the Duchess of Cambridge requested to have the ring in a smaller size, so it won't slip off her finger.
Ferguson returned to the royal fold at the said event. Many believed that she stole the show from her daughter due to her animated facial expressions. However, many also understood her reactions because she's the mom of the bride.
