Olivia Pope (Kerry Washington) will soon get married! But it’s not in the way that fans might expect.

In the 100th episode for “Scandal,” a “What would have happened?” storyline will take center stage. If Olivia had not become involved in the world of politics and hadn’t fixed the election several years ago, she would have lived an entirely different life. The teaser for the 100th episode of “Scandal” shows Olivia wearing a wedding gown. Unfortunately, her groom was nowhere in sight.

The clip also shows Mellie Grant (Bellamy Young), Quinn (Katie Lowes), President Fitzgerald Grant (Tony Goldwyn) and Hollis Doyle (Gregg Henry) with Olivia in some of the scenes. Hollis and Mellie are talking to Olivia in the parallel universe from eight years ago about fixing the election. But instead of saying yes to doing the task, she will tell them no. Quinn, on the other hand, looks like a princess in the teaser with an unnamed character putting a tiara over her head.

The 100th episode of “Scandal” will air on Thursday, April 13 at 9 p.m. EST. After the installment, the storylines for the hit ABC series will go back to present time.

While speaking with Too Fab, Goldwyn dished on what’s in store for Abby (Darby Stanchfield) now that it’s been revealed that she’s no longer wearing the white hat. “Abby until these past two episodes was the only person who wore the white hat. She’s been the irreproachable moral character of the show, who is the person who has not been morally compromised. Abby has the courage of her convictions and speaks her mind. Though it took time for Fitz to trust her, I think he can rely on her particularly in Olivia’s absence in his inner circle… but that’s all changed now because Abby is corrupt. So it’s going to be tough for Fitz,” he said.
