Selena Gomez On Jennifer Aniston: 'She Gives Me A Lot Of Maternal Advice'

“Friends” star Jennifer Aniston and songstress Selena Gomez share a special bond with each other. The 22-year-old singer often visits Aniston’s house and the actress gives “a lot of maternal advice” to Gomez.

The “Heart Wants What It Wants” actress talked about the 46-year-old actress in her recent radio interview with Carolina Bermudez of WKTU radio in New York City. “She’s amazing,” Gomez told Bermudez about Aniston. The two met through their management company and instantly became friends, she said.

“It was kind of like a friendly meeting and instantly she’s, like, inviting me to her house. She has a pizza oven. Like, we’ve made pizzas at her house,” the Texan beauty said, adding that Aniston is a “very cool and very sweet” woman who “kind of gives me a lot of, like, maternal advice.”

The two celebrities were spotted together at this year's Golden Globe Awards, where they clicked lot of selfies together. Gomez posted a candid picture of two of them on Instagram with the following caption. “I have not only been following her career as a fan since I was 8 and now get to watch her completely transform in her new movie CAKE, I have gotten to have real conversations with such a real heart, made my entire year,” she wrote.

The “Good For You” singer has always been a fan of the actress since her Disney days and even gushed about her first meeting with Ansiton in a previous interview. “I ran into Jennifer in the bathroom and she goes, 'Hi!' My legs started to shake and I ran,” she told JustJaredJr in 2009. “I didn’t know what to do because I freaked out.” The incident took place during the Women In Film 2009 Crystal And Lucy Awards.
