‘Sleepy Hollow’ Season 4 Spoilers: Premiere Photos Show Ichabod Crane Fighting Demons With New Partner After Abbie Mills’ Death
Ichabod Crane (Tom Mison) has moved on after the death of his partner and fellow witness Abbie Mills (Nicole Beharie) in Fox's "Sleepy Hollow."
Fox released a fresh batch of Season 4 photos that show the former Oxford professor fighting demons, monsters, ghosts and other evil creatures with his new partner, Secret Service Agent Diana Thomas (Janina Gavankar).
Season 4, episode 1, titled “Columbia,” will see Crane move from Sleepy Hollow to Washington, D.C. where he will work with a secret organization created by none other than George Washington that fights supernatural forces. This organization exists within the government. At the end of last season, Ichabod was introduced to this mysterious organization after Abbie’s shocking death.
Crane and Abbie’s sister Jenny (Lyndie Greenwood) will search for the second witness in the nation’s capital. The duo will also find themselves with a new team that consists of Alex (Rachel Melvin), an engineer, and Jake (Jerry MacKinnon), an academic who catalogues all supernatural events in a vault located in Washington, D.C. They are also a part of the secret supernatural-fighting organization.
Ichabod and Diana will bond over the loss of their respective partners. Diana’s partner died on duty. She is also the mother of a 10-year-old daughter named Molly (Oona Yaffe).
The Season 4 premiere of “Sleepy Hollow” will also introduce the season’s main villain – an eccentric billionaire played by Jeremy Davies.
Although “Sleepy Hollow” Season 4 will look very different from its previous one, fan favorite characters the Headless Horseman and Ichabod’s son Henry Parrish (John Noble) will make guest appearances in upcoming episodes. Nikki Reed, Lance Gross and Jessica Camacho will not return.
